question regarding the single figure packs.

Post by curlerman »

This is a first class idea however I have a question regarding them. Are these new casts or simply existing packs cast singly. The reason I ask is that you advertise for example:- "810 Romano British Armoured Infantry - 32 SINGLE figures + 4 bases)" but in the original list there are no armoured infantry. If they are new casts any chance of some pictures as I would like to order for collection at Salute.

Hi Bob

The vast majority of the figures are the same as those already available in strips. There are some 'new' figures which for various reasons were not included in the original packs but these are few in number. The Romano British Armoured Infantry have been assembled from various packs in the range in response to requests. Some of the figures have been adapted and remodelled and there is good variety in the pack. We'll sort out some photographs, and add them to the website during next week.
Kind regards
Paul

Hi. I think the single figures packs are a great idea, and having seen some of the figures in the latest advertising, i think they look great.

I've recently bought some Wars of the Roses figures and wondered if you intend to extend this single figures idea to that range, and indeed your other ranges as well. It would help to increase the variety of the basing and I think make the basing easier.

lovely figures though-whatever you decide to do.

Best Wishes DaveL

Hi DaveL, the decision to release more of our Hordes & Heroes Medieval range as 'singles', will depend very much on the response to this initial release of Dark Age figures. The strips are very popular, because of the ease of basing and painting. We will keep a watch on the demand of single figures and see what happens!
Kind regards
Paul
