There is no need to create an account to view Kallistra's website. To place an order online you will need to register, it's free, quick and easy. The benefits from creating an account is that you do not have to enter all your details each time you visit our website to place an order, you can check on the progress of your order and you will be able to add additional delivery address e.g. work, home etc. and you can view your order history. In addition, you can access extended website features, including downloading our hex based rules!

How do I create an account?

You can create an account any time by clicking on the 'login/Register' link at the top of the page. and complete the form. Once registered please click on the link 'Register/Login' on the top menu of the page to then 'Login' to your account using the email address you registered and your password. If you forget your password, just click the 'Forgotten Password' link and an email will be sent so you can reset your password. Alternatively you can add items to your basket then click on the 'My Basket' link and then the 'Go to Checkout' button on the Basket page. As a New Customer you will be asked to register, click on the link to 'Register/Login'

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Paypal online and can take Visa, Mastercard payments over the telephone . Yes, we have a minimum order of £10.

Are all your metal miniatures cast in Lead Free pewter?

Yes, all our metal miniatures are cast to the highest standards using Lead Free Pewter here in the UK. Unless otherwise stated, our models are supplied unpainted and some may need assembly. Kallistra's miniatures contain small parts and are not suitable for young children.

How will my order be delivered?

Orders under 2kg are usually dispatched with the Royal Mail and UK customers should receive their order within 2-4 days of dispatch. European customers within 10 days; USA, Canada and the Rest of the World within 30 days, although most orders are received within 14 days.

Orders over 2kg or oversized parcels* are dispatched by the most economic means, usually by courier.
(* The largest 'small packet rate parcel' sent using Royal Mail: 610mm x 460mm x460mm, over this is classified as and Oversized parcel and will be dispatched by the most economic means.)

Do you have a retail outlet?

We do not have a retail outlet. However, we do attend many wargames shows through out the year where you can see our products' in the flesh'. Due to our ever expanding ranges, and space constraints at show venues, it is not always possible to carry the full range of our products to shows. So please, to avoid disappointment, place your specific order requirements in advance, so we can bring it along for you to collect at your convenience from the Kallistra trade stand.
