How do I place an order online?

To place an order online you will need to register, it's free, quick and easy!
The benefits from creating an account is that you 
do not need to enter all your details each time you visit our website to place an order, you can check on the progress of your order, you can add an additional delivery address e.g. work, home etc. and you can also view your order history. In addition, you can access extended website features, including downloading our hex based rules!

How do I create an account?

You can create an account any time by clicking on the 'Login/Register' link at the top of the page and complete the online registration form. Once registered you will need to Login - please click on the link 'Register/Login' on the top menu of the page. To 'Login' to your account use the email address you registered and your password. If you forget your password, just click the 'Forgotten Password' link and an email will be sent to the registered email address so you can reset your password. Alternatively you can add items to your basket then click on the 'My Basket' link and then the 'Go to Checkout' button on the Basket page. As a New Customer you will be asked to register, click on the link to 'Register/Login' 

Adding items to your shopping basket

Browse through our products to find what you want by using the menu to the left of the screen. Choose the product you want  and click the "Add to Basket" button. The item will be added to your Shopping Basket - if you want two of the same code, just click the 'add to basket' twice, etc. To view the items in your shopping basket at any time while you are shopping, click on "Shopping Basket" on the top menu bar. If you want to increase or decrease the number of a particular item in your shopping basket, simply change the quantity in the 'Shopping Basket' and click 'Update Basket'.  To continue shopping, click the "Continue Shopping" button which will take you back to your previous viewed page. If you want to remove an item from your basket, change the quantity to '0' and click 'Update Basket'.

When you are ready to go to the checkout, click on  "Go to Checkout", accessed from the 'Shopping Basket' link on the top menu bar. If you are a new customer please register, it's free and doesn't take a minute; if you are a returning customer and haven't logged in, simply login then click on the 'Shopping Basket' link on the top menu bar.

Your can pay by PayPal, by Credit/Debit card (please phone your details through after clicking on the 'Submit Order' button!) or collect your order from us at one of the many wargames shows we attend throughout the year, a list of shows we are attending can be found here: Show Dates

Kallistra Ltd reserves the right to refuse any orders and accepts no responsibility for goods incorrectly priced, discontinued products or any other content within this website.

How do I choose a different delivery address?

You can select a different delivery address by simply logging into your account, and add an additional address to your 'Shipping Address' details.

Can I place an order over the telephone?

Yes you can. Simply call us on 01623 844 171 (Monday-Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm) or if there is no one available to take your call, simply leave a message on our answer phone and we will get back to you.

Do I need to set up an online account to place an order online?

Yes, it's quick and easy to register. Creating an online account with Kallistra provides you with immediate and simple access to your account. Once registered , you will be able to: update your personal details - you can change any of your personal details online, including address and telephone number. Please note if you have a delivery pending that has already been dispatched, this may still have your original address contact details.

If you are a new customer simply choose a password and complete the registration form. The information you provide is required to process and deliver the goods - please refer to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you are a returning customer, enter your email address and password to Login. The shopping cart will confirm the items you have selected plus details of the delivery address.

The benefits of setting up a Kallistra online account include - access to extended website features, access to your order history, order status and tracking if applicable and it saves you time, no need to keep re-entering your personal details.

I live outside the UK, can I place an order?

You can make an overseas order on our website, or by calling us on +44(0)1623 844 171. Please take extra care with the address details. Payment can only be accepted in sterling (GBP).

Please note if your credit/debit card is in any other currency, the rate of exchange will be that of your credit card issuer and you may be charged an international fee by them.

For overseas delivery of your order you may be subject to import duties and taxes, these are payable upon receipt of the goods. Any additional charges for customs clearance, import taxes etc. must be covered by you. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

As the importer of record you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Please note that overseas orders are subject to being opened for inspection by customs authorities.

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay;

  • using PayPal, an invoice will be sent to the email address you provide which includes the Postage and Packaging charges.
    Please do not make any PayPal payment until you have received an invoice from Kallistra. This process is done manually.

  • by Credit or Debit cards, payments can be taken by telephone on: 01623-844-171  We accept all major debit and credit cards, Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCardPlease note Minimum transaction £10.00 GBP
  • We accept U.K. sterling cheques & postal orders made payable to 'Kallistra Ltd'. please send your order, with a cheque made payable to 'Kallistra Ltd' to :

All payments will be cleared before any goods are dispatched.

If we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment of your order, we will try to contact you but if this is not successful within four weeks, we will assume that you no longer wish to proceed with your order and your order will be cancelled.

How will my order be delivered?

We take great care to ensure that your receive your order in perfect condition. All our products are carefully inspected, and carefully packaged to ensure you receive then in excellent condition. Orders under 2kg are usually dispatched using the Royal Mail standard service. If you would like your order to be tracked please let us know when you place your order - an additional charge is payable for this option. Orders over 2kg are usually dispatched by courier and have a tracking reference.

We pride ourselves with delivering a fast and efficient delivery service to all our customers.
Most orders for which all items are in stock are usually dispatched from Kallistra within 5 working days of receiving cleared funds, subject to delays resulting from holidays,illness or preparations for wargames shows.
